  Canceled service and was told we were within our billing cycle so wouldn't be charged, then got a bill for $25 fee to pick up the carts, which we paid. Then got a bill for $7.47 for a single week of service, despite canceling well before the end of the cycle. I'll pay once I get the itemized bill but this is ridiculous. Switched to Eagle Trash for literally HALF THE PRICE and better service.

  Forgot the bill so they took my bin. After I was aware of it I got online and made it right, paid them in full. They did not return my bin so I figured I will get a better deal else where. Other company showed up and dropped a bin. 1 Week later they WC returned the bin called them and ask them to remove it because I already went with someone else . And they wanted 65$ to remove the bin and cancel their service. Since they took so long to return the bin I thought it was done and over with.
